Four Questions We Ask Of Written Work

Is it enjoyable?

Not everything we publish has to have a profound meaning. Stories or poems can be worth publishing simply because they're fun to read.

Is it honest?

Will readers be able to connect to your main characters and events?

If everything and everyone is perfect in your work than readers may struggle to care about the story.

Is it hopeful?

Difficult themes can be explored and hard questions asked in your work but does it inspire any hope? We want to publish works which challenge readers to seek out hope in the real world.

Is it family friendly?

Our magazine is for everyone. We need it to be a publication we would feel comfortable leaving out with children around.

Four Questions We Ask Of Visual Art

Is it original?

We will not knowingly accept AI generated artwork. Both tradtional media or digital are acceptable. The artwork you submit just has to be created by you.

Is it big enough?

All artwork will be shrunk down to A5 size and displayed on a single page of the magazine.

Is it family friendly?

Our magazine is for everyone. We need it to be a publication our subscribers can feel comfortable leaving out when children are about.

Proactive Support

We will always be ready to provide feedback and help you succeed wherever we can - regardless how much experience you have had.

Paying Creatives

As a small publisher, our budgets are very limited but we're happy to pay for using your finished work as we believe creativity should be worthwhile.

Non-Exclusive Copyright Use

If your work is published in the magazine, you will still own the copyright.
